My Friend Is Back On Twitter!!

I'm so happy to have an old friend back on Twitter. She was Lauren & I's mutual friend. And she's BACK! Funny how you talk about someone one day and the next week they are there.

Glad she is doing well. Said she moved even further away from me though. =,( Well, she is from Canada but the time difference is bigger. I believe before it was only 2 hours and now it's 3. But it's ok because we still have the day time.

She have me some great advice for my PCOS. She was a great person to go to with questions. I'll be making sure to pick her brain again before she disappears on me again. LOL!

Rest In Peace Whitney Houston

The first person to tell me she had died was my friend Daniella. I thought she was lying - a cruel joke. Her text read "OMG Whitney Houston died". My response - no she didn't stop lying. I knew Facebook wouldn't let me down so I go on there and check. I see a post from my local news station AP has confirmed Whitney Houston is dead. WHAT?! But ... noooo ... no this is a dream, right?

Now all I could think about is being that little girl popping that Bodyguard CD in the CD player and falling in love with the music. I could never get enough of the bodyguard. Know at that young age I wanted what she had - love and talent.

Whitney Houston will be missed by many and especially me. I never had a chance to meet her, go to her concerts or anything but I was still and will always be a fan.

Whitney, you will be missed for ever and for always.

Got my left side done at the dentist today. I was in more pain this time than yesterday but I am glad it is over.

This time it didn't take long to get me in. Kinda disappointed since when I walked in I wasn't ready. I'm just glad they are nice about my fear of sensors lol.

Next week I have to get a polish done. I don't know if that's painful but I guess it needs to be done. Then next it's my fillings and crown and then my wisdom teeth. Now THAT'S gonna hurt. Ahh!!!!

A Long Time Coming!

Let me start by saying ... NEVER wait too long to go to the dentist. Oh Em Gee!

Today was my first day to the dentist in a very long time. Had to get a deep cleaning & WOW very painful. Yea they numbed me but it STILL hurt. Sad part is, I have to go back tomorrow to do the second half.

I didn't think going to the dentist was so important. I mean I knew it was necessary but since I brush my teeth every day and rinse I thought I was doing fine. That wasn't the case.

Not only did I need a deep cleaning, they said I have 4-5 cavities and a new crown. They also want me to take out my wisdom teeth on the top.

Jesus went for his wisdom teeth. Looks like he needs to get those puppies OUT! Which we already knew but they want both of the bottom ones out. Ouch! He was referred to an orthodontist to get it done. He will have to ask for the time off from work when that time comes. He is NOT looking forward to it. I'm sure nobody does.

My dad referred me to this dentist & he was right she is awesome. I told her that I FEAR the dentist & she made me feel SO comfortable. I'm shocked they have ZERO reviews on Yelp! The office staff is friendly & the dentist assistant is too. He really liked Jesus crazy humor.

Tomorrow is round 2. Going to get my left side deep cleaned. I will be so happy when this is all over with. Of course the horror is no where near done since I have more work to be done. I am taking this as a lesson learned. I will be going to the dentist every 6 months from now on.

Two Days Of Craziness

The past 2 days have been so crazy! Yesterday more than today but today wasn't far behind. Even woke up this morning with an aching body. I didn't even get a chance to workout!

Did anyone know DMV changed a bunch of stuff?! Not me! Now they charge $50 bucks for the red paper thing when your car doesn't pass smog. Ugh! So, I had to go back today & get that. Just glad I didn't have to wait as long as I did yesterday.

The car is DONE! The Corolla has brand new tires & alignment. I cannot believe some places charge $90 for an alignment. Holy crap! Found a Big O tires in Fremont that charged $65 but that was for front wheel alignment only. Thank god the car didn't need rear alignment. THAT would have been $95 - craziness! Just glad that's done.

But of course I don't get any down time tomorrow. Laundry! *twirls finger* Got a TON of laundry to do since all I have been doing is washing what he needs. I just need to get it done, folded & out of my site. Easier said than done. Bah!

I hope to start working on finishing up some letters & making some cards to post on my web page. I miss making cards but I just don't have any time. Ugh! I can't believe I'm busier now than I was when I worked. But I do like that I get out & enjoy the nice day. Maybe tomorrow I'll go walking with Shilah.
